Wenatchee Valley Medical Center provides excellent medical practices for certified physician assistants and registered nurse practitioners. While they do not own stock like physicians, they enjoy much professional recognition as talented practitioners. Depending on the specific department's needs, some midlevel practitioners maintain autonomous practices with a separate panel of patients from their physician colleagues, while others serve as physician-extenders to maximize the unique skills of the physician. Salaries are typically production-driven, with averages that are enviable among the region. Midlevel practitioners enjoy practice amenities of dedicated nursing staff, computerized medical records, malpractice coverage, and Continuing Medical Education funds.

Openings are rarely advertised in medical journals, since we usually have an available pool of candidates for our openings.
